The child has been diagnosed with severe autism,
which was triggered by brain damage due to hypoglycemia at birth, accompanied by epilepsy,
and currently has very weak cognitive abilities.

At over three years old, he still has no language ability,
cannot feed himself, and has difficulty walking,
and is almost entirely unable to care for himself in daily life.

The child's hometown is in Shigatse, Tibet,
In order to seek treatment and rehabilitation opportunities for the child,
the family has been seeking medical help away from home for a long time.
Currently, the whole family lives in a rented place,
with only the father working to support the family.

Rent, basic living expenses,
treatment costs for epilepsy, and rehabilitation costs coexist,
the pressure is extremely great,
and the family has already taken on loans because of this.

In this issue, the Duck Community donated 1000 yuan to Xiao Wangzha's family.
At the same time, based on the child's current situation,
we also provided the family with some
executable and sustainable intervention and rehabilitation suggestions,
hoping to provide real, specific, and feasible support
for the child's growth,

Xiao Cheng is from Wuhou District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, born in 2021.
The child has been diagnosed with a Level 2 mental disability,
confirmed to have severe autism.
When he was over one year old, his family began to conduct home rehabilitation training for him,
but until he was three years old, the child still showed no significant progress and had no language ability. He underwent assessments at the Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital and West China Hospital,
confirmed to have moderate to severe autism and in need of long-term, continuous rehabilitation intervention.

Currently, the child's mother is taking care of Xiao Cheng full-time,
unable to go out to work and has no fixed income;
all family expenses
are solely supported by the father's income.
To provide medical treatment and rehabilitation for the child,
they traveled from a small county to Chengdu for medical help,
while bearing high living and medical expenses,
the family is still burdened with external debts,
realistic pressure is heavy.

In this issue, the Fangya Community donated 1000 yuan to Xiao Cheng's family.
At the same time, in light of the child's current situation,
we also provided the family with some

Xiao Tian, from Jinjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan, was born in 2017,
diagnosed with severe autism, multiple disabilities of level 2, and from a low-income family.

The child has been undergoing rehabilitation training since the diagnosis at the age of 3,
currently has weak comprehension and attention skills,
is reluctant to make eye contact,
language is still in the stage of imitation,
unable to speak complete sentences, and has difficulty understanding others' language content.
In daily life,
Xiao Tian has weak self-care abilities,
almost all activities require full assistance from adults.
Emotional control is insufficient,
sometimes crying for no apparent reason,
and suddenly fluctuating emotions, laughing.
Currently, the grandparents are renting a house in Chengdu to accompany the child for rehabilitation,
the father earns a living by driving for others in the hometown,
the mother works outside, and the sister stays at home to attend primary school.
The family's income source is unstable,
and the long-term rehabilitation costs and living expenses are a significant burden,
the overall economic situation is quite difficult.
