What happens after you close a trade is none of your business. If you booked profits on a trade that had zero guarantee, thatās already a win.
Stop thinking āwhat if I held longerā that mindset only creates regret. There will always be another setup, another opportunity. Focus on the next one, not the past.
Iām more focused on Bitcoin and Ethereum right now Once these two start to catch a bid, other alts will eventually begin to move as well. I want to see Bitcoin especially lead the market first. Once that scenario starts to play out, Iāll probably look into other alts.
For now, most daily charts are still bearish, which is why I donāt want to focus on everything until Bitcoin and Ethereum shift their structure and take the lead.

According to BlockBeats, on-chain data analyst Murphy has analyzed the current structure of the BTC options market, revealing a distinct Gamma configuration characterized by a predominance of Call buying at higher levels and Put selling at lower levels. This creates a typical 'short on top, long on bottom' Gamma structure.
When the price is within the dense Call buying range of $113,000 to $125,000, market makers find themselves in a short Gamma zone. In this scenario, price increases necessitate passive spot buying for hedging, which can amplify upward movements. Conversely, price declines require passive selling, potentially accelerating downward trends. This range is identified as a 'volatility amplification zone,' where market makers' hedging needs are most sensitive, leading to stronger passive buying and selling feedback.
If the price falls below $106,000, market makers enter a long Gamma zone. Here, during price declines, market makers buy spot for hedging, providing a buffer and support in the lower region, known as the 'Gamma support zone.' When prices enter this long Gamma range, market makers' hedging behavior shifts to 'buying on dips,' offering natural support and absorbing lower volatility, leading to a tendency for prices to stabilize. I feel sorry for everyone who lost money in this crash. Probably one of the most severe flushes Iāve seen.
Looking at the altcoins, I honestly donāt think any leveraged trader who was long before this is safe. Most people rarely use 1ā2x leverage these days, and thatās what makes these wipeouts so brutal.
If any of your friends were long and got liquidated, please check in on them. This isnāt something any of us expect, and it hits hard when it happens. Iāve been there myself and I know how painful it feels when months of effort vanish in minutes. Stay strong, and take a break if you need to. The market will always give another chance your mental health matters more.
