I trade Forex and work as an IB for exness, so the high leverage makes scalping quite frequent. However, when I switched to Crypto, I lost quite a bit of money from futures. Therefore, I switched to spot. But I'm afraid I can't handle it. Before, I kept my account in VND, seeing profits of 5-10 million VND made me anxious to close immediately, and it caused me to miss many long-term Hold opportunities. So later I switched to USD.
Later, when I had more money from affiliate, I continued to invest in hold, and the amount became significant, causing me to make 5-10k$/day recently from $CAKE , $LISTA , making me lose sleep and appetite. Therefore, I switched it to $BTC and it really worked. I feel less fomo about the numbers, and my mind is more at peace.
