How has everyone been feeling lately? The frenzy of 2025 seems just around the corner, and in the blink of an eye, the 'bottoming period' of 2026 has made many question their lives.
As an investor who has been in the field for many years, I want to talk with everyone: How long will this bear market last? What should we do now?
1. Historical patterns do not deceive 📊
Looking back at the past few cycles: 2014, 2018, 2022, almost every bull market's second year has been a brutal 'deep squat'. By this calculation, 2026 is destined to be a year of reshuffling and bottoming out. History tells us that true recovery often occurs in the 12 months before halving. With two years to go until the 2028 halving, the turning point may quietly arrive in the spring of 2027.
2. Changes in the macro environment 🌍
Don't just look at K lines! The market in 2026 will pay more attention to liquidity. If the Federal Reserve's interest rate cut expectations are fulfilled, liquidity will return to the crypto market, and the bottom will rise earlier than we think. The current decline is actually making space for the next wave of institutional elephants to enter.
3. My 'three-step' bottom-fishing strategy 🛠️
No all-in, dollar-cost averaging (DCA): Personally, I add to my position every time BTC drops 10% during the decline.
Configuring the 'ballast stone': Besides BTC, I will focus on positioning in $BNB. Because regardless of the bull or bear market, Binance's Launchpool and new token offerings are the most stable sources of cash flow.
Rejecting high leverage: The spikes at the end of the bear market are the most frequent; only by surviving can you qualify to witness the brilliance of 2028.
Summary:
The bear market is a watershed for wealth. The mediocre cut their losses in fear, while the wise accumulate quietly. 2026 is a year for sowing; don't turn back before dawn!
