Technical analysis 7:00 p.m๐
Check out the charts I just pulled from the app. The market is bleeding, the panic is real, and the Fear Index is climbing. What's my take? They're setting us up for a trap.
1. The Crime Scene (Chart 1 - BTC/USDT 4H)
Look at the 4-hour chart. $BTC is testing the Lower Bollinger Band. Many textbook 'traders' are yelling 'Mass sell-off!'. But check the RSI(6): it's at 33.41. We're in extreme OVERSOLD territory. Historically, when the RSI bottoms out like this on the 4H, a violent bounce is near. It's not time to sell; it's time to hunt.
2. Fear is the Signal (Chart 2 - Heat Map)
Check out the Heat Map. It's a bloodbath. BTC and $ETH are in the red, and altcoins like SOL are dropping even faster. This isn't an organic correction; it's retail capitulation. The 'Smart Money' loves these heat maps. While retail panics and sells, institutions are soaking up liquidity at key supports.
3. The Hidden Opportunity (Chart 3 - SOL/USDT)
Look at $SOL . It's at local lows of $83.69, dropping over 1% as I write this. But if you look at the full chart, we're approaching a brutal historical support zone. If SOL holds this area, the bounce will drag the entire Solana ecosystem with it. It's high risk, but the reward is massive.
Most people think we're headed to the abyss because of oil or US data. My hypothesis is that institutions are forcing this fear to cleanse the market of 'leveraged bets' (longs) before looking for the real May Rally.
How are we gonna make money here?
Step 1: DON'T SELL IN PANIC. It's too late for that.
Step 2: Strategic Buying (DCA). Start stacking BTC and SOL now, in increments, while the blood flows. If you're scared, buy 10% of your allocated capital for purchases.
Step 3: The Bounce. My deduction is a 'fake-out'. We'll see a quick bounce towards the Moving Average (purple line in Chart 1) near $77,300. That's where most of those who sold today will FOMO back in, pushing the price even higher.
Don't say I didn't warn you. Smart money buys when there's fear. And today, there's plenty of fear.
