🔥 Today let's discuss a bit about PI Network, shall we? Is PI the "Scam of the Century" or a "Great Invention" as people out there are confused? Before the Open Network on 20/02/2025, there will be a lot of buzz about the price with all sorts. Is listing really that easy?

There has been a lot of debate about PI since it has not actually listed after 6 years... it truly feels like a long wait and has caused many controversies regarding time, legality, market value, and user privacy....

Reasons to trust PI and have hope:

- There are over 60 million users participating and nearly 20 million users KYC (This is a number that exchanges would envy with this huge user base)

- It uses a more optimized and cost-effective SCP algorithm compared to Bitcoin's Pow. It also has a Halving mechanism like Bitcoin.

- Total supply is 100,000,000,000 PI and the current supply is 9,249,000,000 PI with 6,041,000,000 PI in circulation.

- An active marketing model and community: The peak of humanity in terms of positivity and optimism from the PI Network community, this is real because after 6 years of the project not having a mainnet, it is indeed a dramatic point. This is also the reason why PI has survived until now and will continue to do so.

Disadvantages: The mainnet is taking a bit too long, with 3 delays... not sure if there will be more delays.

- PI is linked with numerous third-party applications and promotes various types extensively. There is a risk of data loss, easy to hack, and steal information when used.

- Currently, the primary transactions are on the black market around 210839541101, but there is no real value yet.

As for the actual valuation, I dare not say, but in terms of trust + fomo, PI is quite good. If only assessing based on fomo, a cap of around 10-50 billion10939541101 is plausible, but in terms of actual practical value and realistic outlook, I do not rate it highly.
