TOWNS TOKEN [August 5, 2025] NEW LISTING ON BINANCE EXCHANGE Binance has unveiled Towns (TOWNS) as the 30th project on its HODLer Airdrops page. Towns is an open protocol enabling private group chats through on-chain memberships. Eligible Binance users who held BNB in Simple Earn (Flexible or Locked) and/or On-Chain Yields products between July 14, 2025, 00:00 (UTC) and July 17, 2025, 23:59 (UTC) will receive free TOWNS tokens through a retroactive airdrop. Details of the airdrop, including the amount each user will receive, will be available within 24 hours, with tokens credited to users’ Spot Wallets at least one hour before trading begins. Binance will officially list TOWNS on August 5, 2025, at 14:30 (UTC) with trading pairs against USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY. Users can deposit TOWNS starting August 4, 2025, at 11:00 (UTC). The token will be briefly available on Binance Alpha, but will be removed from Alpha once spot trading is live. The “Seed” tag will be applied to TOWNS. Tokenomics: • Token Name: Towns (TOWNS) • Genesis Total Supply: 10,128,177,374 TOWNS • Maximum Supply: 15,327,827,980 TOWNS • Airdrop Allocation: 305,848,461 TOWNS (3.02% of genesis supply) • Circulating at Listing: 2,109,362,819 TOWNS (20.83%) TOWNS is deployed across BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Base, with separate contract addresses on each. To participate in future HODLer Airdrops, users should subscribe their BNB to Simple Earn (Flexible/Locked) or On-Chain Yields via the [Earn] section on Binance. Binance uses hourly average balances based on random snapshots during the eligible periods to determine reward distribution. Once announced, rewards are typically distributed within 24 hours to users’ Spot Accounts. This approach rewards long-term holders and active participants in Binance’s ecosystem by offering early access to promising new tokens like TOWNS. #towns
