Good morning, a question to the community. I have a relative whose phone was reset. Now, to access the account, there are 3 verifications, but he doesn't have 1, which is the authenticator, because it was deleted and he hasn't been able to access it. The system asks for the authenticator and requests to wait 48 hours, but he still doesn't have the authenticator. Can he access the account with 2 verifications?
