South Korean lawmakers are currently reviewing three competing bills related to stablecoins, including proposals regarding reserve rules, licenses, and the possibility for stablecoins to pay interest.
If adopted, these bills could significantly accelerate the regulated tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) in Korea.
