#AVAX Don’t believe in fairy tales about altseason and quick riches. And here's why.
🧬 1. The market has become too large and mature
In 2017 and 2021, market capitalizations were significantly smaller. It was easy to pump any altcoins by 50–200×.
Now:
• tens of billions in BTC ETF
• regulation
• large funds
• more complex strategies
Now a mass alt-season with all the growth of +300–1000% in a month is almost impossible.
💸 2. Money flows are now selective, not across all alts
Earlier, the logic was simple:
BTC → ETH → top alts → all alts → shitcoins.
Today it does NOT work that way.
Money is going into specific narratives:
• AI
• RWA
• DePIN
• Gaming / GameFi
• L2 Rollups
• Restaking (EigenLayer ecosystem)
And within each of the narratives, 2–4 leaders are rising, not the whole sector.
So instead of an “altseason,” we have mini-seasons by narratives.
🪙 3. Bitcoin and ETFs have consumed liquidity
The market now has a lot of money in BTC-ETFs — they do not flow into altcoins.
Funds usually hold BTC/ETH, not small coins.
This compresses the flow of liquidity into smaller alts → and without liquidity, there’s no massively explosive growth.
🧱 4. Alts have become “businesses,” not lotteries
Earlier it was “all alts grow because of hype.”
Now those who really deliver are growing.
