🧠 THE MYTH THAT STILL DECEIVES MILLIONS IN CRYPTO:
"The price of altcoins is calculated against Bitcoin"
→ FALSE. COMPLETELY FALSE.
The price of ALL cryptocurrencies is formed against STABLECOINS (USDT, USDC, etc.).
The pair against BTC (SOL/BTC, ETH/BTC…) is ONLY a performance ratio, not the real price.
Example of today:
SOL = $195 USDT
BTC = $94,200 USDT
→ SOL/BTC = 195 ÷ 94,200 ≈ 0.00207 BTC
The pair SOL/BTC is calculated BASED ON the price in dollars… never the other way around.
So when you see that your altcoin "drops in BTC" but rises in dollars…
It’s not dropping! It’s just losing the race against Bitcoin at that moment.
Golden rule:
- REAL Price → always look at it in USDT/USDC
- Pair against BTC → only tells you who is winning the race
