I believe the best advice for today is simple:
don't rush, let the news be published.
Some points you need to be clear about:
1️⃣ Don't be a hero on the first candle.
The first 1–3 minutes after the news are pure noise and stop hunting, both in BTC and in the entire market.
2️⃣ If you didn't have a plan BEFORE the data, don't invent one AFTER.
Trading "let's see what happens" is the perfect recipe to give your balance to the market.
3️⃣ Lower your leverage or just don't trade.
On news days, entering with x20 in BTC is not trading, it's roulette.
4️⃣ Let the price show its hand.
First comes the liquidity sweep, only then the real direction. Patience.
5️⃣ Remember this:
Staying out is also a position.
0 lots = 0 stress = 0 liquidations.
