On November 6, 2025, the Binance platform announced that SAPIEN tokens are the fifty-seventh project in the Binance giveaway program for holders. Users who subscribed with their BNB tokens in Simple Earn products and/or on-chain yield products from October 20 to October 22 are eligible for the free distribution of SAPIEN tokens. A total of 250 million SAPIEN tokens have been allocated for the program, representing 25% of the total token supply.

SAPIEN tokens were listed with an emerging label, allowing them to be traded against USDT, USDC, BNB, and TRY pairs.
