$BTC Brothers, I am not a big shot in the crypto world; this little profit is just a drop in the bucket for real big shots. I'm just a veteran who has experienced liquidation and stepped into many pitfalls.
Last year, a fan came to me with 1000U, saying he wanted to make back what he lost before.
$ETH I didn't explain complex moving averages, MACD, or those technical indicators to him; instead, I shared three practical experiences I learned from my setbacks in the market.
He followed these for three months, and his account went from 1000U to 53,000U without a single liquidation.
$BNB These three “life-saving rules” can be learned as much as you respect the market.
First rule: Divide money into three parts, and proceed steadily.
1200U split into three parts, each 400U, not interchangeable:
Part ① for short-term trading: Open a maximum of two positions per day, and immediately close the software after finishing;
Part ② wait for the trend: If the weekly chart does not show a bullish pattern or a significant breakout at key levels, stay in cash;
Part ③ for emergency funds: Supplement positions during volatile market fluctuations to avoid losing all the principal.
Second rule: Only trade with the trend, do not make random trades.
I recognize three entry signals:
If the daily moving average is not bullish, stay in cash;
If the market breaks out past previous highs with volume and the daily chart stabilizes, enter with a small position;
When profits reach 30% of the principal, withdraw half of the profits first, set a 10% trailing stop for the remaining amount, and secure the profits.
Third rule: Lock in emotions; execution is key.
Write a trading plan before every entry, and set stop-losses firmly:
Set a stop-loss at 3%; it will automatically close the position at that point;
When profits reach 10%, move the stop-loss to the breakeven price;
Shut down the computer at midnight every day; if you can't sleep, uninstall the app to avoid emotional trading.
Opportunities in the crypto world come every day, but if the principal is gone, there are no opportunities left.
First, master these three rules, then delve into wave theory and technical indicators.
