PREDICTION MARKETS RISING FAST AS CFTC GIVES GREENLIGHT

The CFTC, led by Chair Gary Gensler, issued “no-action” letters to #Polymarket US, LedgerX, PredictIt, and Gemini Titan, easing certain swap data reporting and record-keeping rules.

“These letters provide relief while ensuring markets remain fully collateralized and transparent,” said Gensler.
