Let me start with a segment of "I just got liquidated": At 3 AM last night, I stared at the K-line and cried like a dog.

The heavily invested "shitcoin" halved by 30% in half an hour. Just as I was about to uninstall the exchange, my phone popped up a WeChat message - "Don't cut your losses, look at these two indicators before deciding".

The message was from my neighbor Wang, who last year exchanged SHIB for a big G.

I decided to give it a try, following his advice to switch my computer screen from the K-line to two web pages. Ten minutes later, my cold sweat turned into hot sweat:

It turns out that the main wallet of the coin I bought had offloaded its chips to retail investors three days ago, and the number of people in the TG group hasn’t increased for a week. The admin even secretly changed the group name to "Rights Protection Group 2".

Wang's "two axes to avoid pitfalls" are being given to you for free today:

1️⃣ First look at "money": On-chain data doesn’t lie.

Open Debank, search for the top 10 addresses of the target coin. If they have been continuously increasing their holdings in the last 30 days, and the total holding ratio is >40%, it means the whale hasn’t run away.

For a hot example, APT, which was just added by ARK Invest last night, had a net inflow of 180 million USD on-chain in a single day, and the next day it directly surged by 20%.

2️⃣ Next, look at "people": use TGStat to check the official group. If the daily increase in members is <0.5%, directly blacklist it;

Then go to Twitter to calculate "real interaction". A retweet/like ratio >0.3 in the last 7 days counts as active people.

Last week, the L0 I was watching saw the number of online users on Discord soar from 2k to 8k. Three days later, the coin price doubled. I took the opportunity to exit, shedding tears as I recovered all my losses.

Bloody conclusion: Don’t be fooled into bed by a big bullish candle. First, check the on-chain wallet and the community thermometer, then decide whether to drop your pants.

Remember, when both money and people are in place, a price surge is just a matter of time; if either is missing, any rise is a false climax. Whoever takes the last baton will cry in the middle of the night.
