I want to especially mention that a fan from Zhihu privately communicated with me and asked if I would face liquidation and incur losses. This is undoubtedly the case; as long as you are trading, no one can achieve a 100% win rate.

However, after so many years in the crypto circle, why can I continue to stay in this circle? I will list a few of my own trading habits, hoping to help everyone.

First is position management. You don’t necessarily need a large position to make money. For example, if you have a principal of 10,000 U and it grows to 15,000 U, you should exit immediately and leave 10,000 U in your account to continue trading.

If you want to turn 10,000 U into 100,000 U in one day, you are actually not far from liquidation. If you want to grow 10,000 U to 11,000 U, according to my thinking, when the account draws down 500 U, you should take a break for a day.

There are hundreds of trading opportunities every day, and we filter out 5-20 quality ones. How could there be a liquidation, and how could there be significant losses?

Additionally, there is the leverage issue. A 50x leverage position worth 1,000 U is actually the same as a 100x leverage position worth 500 U, so there is no issue of high or low leverage. It's just a matter of position size.

Due to time constraints, today's sharing comes to a close. If you find what I write useful for your trading, please follow me. I will update valuable information about the crypto world from time to time.
