DeFi is getting closer to the real economy — liquidity is starting to operate outside of crypto cycles.

At the Solana Breakpoint 2025 conference, Huma Finance announced a strategic partnership with Obligate and TradeFlow. The goal of the collaboration is to expand access to liquidity in the trade financing sector.
As part of the partnership, the Huma stablecoin liquidity network will be linked to institutional trade financing channels. This will enable a unified chain that supports scalable and regulatory-compliant investment flows. The announcement came just a few days after Huma's recent partnership with Tala, in which the companies launched a tokenized lending platform for underbanked users worldwide.
