⚖️ Aave is free: SEC closed the case after four years
The decentralized protocol Aave announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has completed its investigation, which began four years ago. In a letter dated August 12, the SEC stated that it "does not intend to recommend enforcement action" against the project.
