5. Do not exceed 10% of your capital in a single position.

No matter how great the opportunity, never let a single trade's risk get out of control. A lighter position can withstand volatility; a heavy position equals giving up control.

After confirming a trend, it becomes a profit amplifier.

Don't fantasize about a single turnaround; the market specializes in punishing all kinds of disobedience. If you can execute these five rules to the core, you may not necessarily become wealthy, but you will certainly outlive 90% of people.
