Swiss Leasing: Suspension of Trading and Non-Compliance with Obligations
Today, trading of bonds and tokens for "Swiss Leasing" has been suspended.
On January 9, Fainex reported that the issuer did not transfer funds for interest payments on the tokens.
Today, by the decree of the Ministry of Finance's DCB, the circulation of bonds has been suspended, as the company did not disclose the value of net assets, and Fainex has blocked trading of tokens on the secondary market.
Chats are already showing messages from those who managed to sell. The discount on the tokens reached 20%. But if some exited, it means others entered and took on the risk.
I hope that the company's assets will be enough to pay the investors.
P.S. In total, the company's debts amount to > $8 million.

I looked at the new forecast from the Eurasian Development Bank for the average annual dollar exchange rate in Belarus for 2026-2028:
2026 — USD 3.32 — an increase for the year of 14%
2027 — USD 3.66 — an increase for the year of 10%
2028 — USD 3.89 — an increase for the year of 6%
The previous EABR forecast was higher. Earlier, the average exchange rate for 2027 was projected to be 4.01, but now it is 3.66.
