Personal Summary:

① It's best to open trades in the evening; all positions made profits in the evening.

② Frequent trading is not advisable; if you lose and then trade again, you'll still lose. I opened four trades on 11.4, losing three, and the only winning one was when I was cautious in the evening.

③ I didn't do well with the highly volatile tokens; both aia and jellyjelly went up while I shorted them, and when they went down, I wanted to long. Left-side trading means trying to go against the market, but the risk of shorting is too high and needs further study.

④ I still haven't found the rhythm; when I open trades, I either can't take profits or keep getting stopped out during fluctuations.

⑤ I feel very anxious; when I feel flustered, I shouldn't trade, or I should use a small position and then go for a walk of five thousand steps outside.
