According to the latest Chainspect report, Polkadot ranks 2nd in developer activity across all chains, with 8,898 active developers.
However, its market value is only 3.3 billion USD, the lowest among the top five in the report (SOL, ETH, BNB, ADA).
Market value per developer:
ETH: approximately 45 million USD/developer
DOT: approximately 370,000 USD/developer
In other words, there is about a 120 times gap in "developer value" for Polkadot.
From the data, Polkadot's developer base has gradually become solid, and its long-term potential is worth paying attention to.
