Cloudflare handles a massive chunk of global internet traffic, estimated to be around 20% to 25% of all web traffic, powering millions of websites, apps, and APIs.
According to Cloudflare, 2025 saw over 19% growth in worldwide internet traffic with Google dominating the search engine market globally with ~90% market share.
Overall, the most popular top-10 internet services worldwide were:

4.) Microsoft
5.) Instagram
6.) AWS
7.) YouTube
8.) TikTok
9.) Amazon
10.) WhatsApp
Breaking down the cryptocurrency services, the following were the most popular globally in 2025:
1.) Binance
2.) OKX
3.) Coinbase
4.) CoinGecko
5.) 2miners.com
6.) CoinMarketCap
7.) Bybit
8.) MEXC
9.) Exodus
10.) Bitget
It is not a surprise that Binance dominated the cryptocurrency services. The crypto exchange hit a milestone by surpassing 300 million registered users in December 2025 making it the first Web3 platform to reach this scale, with significant growth throughout the year from earlier milestones like 250 million in January 2025.
