但是这一次减半伴随的事件大家似乎又忘记了，减半之后没有出现可以一骑绝尘的新赛道，也没有打破陈规的新概念，只有一堆法案，一堆ETF，一堆传统机构的明牌入场。
在上两次的“洪荒时代”减半，没有监管，没有老钱，市场自然而然的生成了一个减半规律，但是这个规律随着产业生态和资金成分的不断变化也是会变化的。
如果让大家都摸清楚了熊一年牛三年或者是熊三年牛一年的规律，那机构还怎么赚钱？人家不是傻子，他们敢进来，就肯定是对规则有把握，甚至是修改规则。
